Following the success of 25 Smith St, Leighton Properties has entered into a joint venture with Grosvenor International to develop a striking commercial office tower in Parramatta. The development is located on the corner of Hassall Street and Station Street, adjacent to the Rail and Bus Interchange in Parramatta's CBD.
