Whilst 2009 may be a year that many in the home construction industry would rather forget, one Queensland-based company, Pantha Homes is defying the trend and enjoying a period of strong business growth on the Sunshine Coast.
Pantha Homes recently made their first foray into the Noosa market with four homes under construction at the one estate, namely Leighton Properties’ Beckmans Green residential estate at Noosaville.
The company has 20 homes currently under construction in locations spanning from South Brisbane to Noosaville and has handed over a number of new homes to happy owners over the past few months.
Pantha’s sales and marketing director, Damien Drew, attributes the company’s success to their reputation for affordable, quality, turnkey homes and their commitment to developing positive relationships with customers which, more often than not, leads to more referred business.
“The situation at Beckmans Green is typical,” Mr Drew said.
“We completed one home for clients in the new estate and then picked up another three there by referral. In that location alone we’re employing approximately 30 local tradespeople and building the great Australian dream for great clients at a great price,” Damien said.
Damien explained that Beckmans Green’s level, ready-to-build on blocks with retaining walls already in place made their jobs easy and meant that home owners could start building quickly. The lifestyle facilities at Beckmans Green such as cycling and walking paths, a children’s playground and a conservation park also suited those wanting to build a new home in a healthy and natural environment.
New home owners Brett and Donna Maloney chose Pantha Homes to build their Beckmans Green home based on value for money and the company’s promise of a 14 week turnaround for homes -complete with lawns, driveways, white goods, window furnishings, floor coverings and even a letterbox included in the price.
Beckmans Green has ready-to-build-on land available for sale from $265,000 and house and land packages are available from $455,000.
