This project began in 1998 and was completed in 2000.
The project includes 13,600m2 of office space,14 commercial office levels and 86 car spaces. There is one retail level providing access to Greenwood Plaza and North Sydney Rail Station. The development was one of the few North Sydney buildings with net lettable floor plates of more than 1000m2 at the time.
