101 George Street is an 11 level development with retail and commercial space, carparking, loading dock and services, designed to take full advantage of the corner aspect site on which it is built in the historic centre of Parramatta.

Westpac Place, bounded by Kent, Erskine, Napoleon and Sussex streets, was the second largest single commercial office building in the Sydney CBD at the time of completion. With a net lettable area of 77,000m², the two towers comprise a 32 level commercial office, 2 level retail precinct and 6 level basement carparking development along with restaurants, cafes and an ‘Urban Park’ for public use.

The retail precinct is part of the Westpac Place development which includes two office towers, restaurant/café precinct, public open space and park and underground parking for approximately 860 cars. The site is 150 metres from Wynyard Station and 200 metres from the King Street Wharf ferry terminal

The project involved the refurbishment of the 25 storey building to create 19,000 m² of commercial office space, a 500 m² retail arcade and basement carpark.

The 19 level tower comprises three levels of prime retail space and 16 levels of office space with over 400 car parking spaces. The retail component contains a Woolworths supermarket and Big W department store with 33 speciality outlets servicing the needs in the commercial precinct of the Brisbane CBD.

Located 16 kilometres south-east of the Melbourne CBD, the strongly trading centre occupies a 19,750 m² site with a 140 metre frontage to the busy Nepean Highway.

 Situated in the Docklands, with uninterrupted views back to the CBD, 700 Collins Street provides a net lettable office area of 32,200 m² and 1650 m² of retail space. The building includes two wintergarden atrium zones as unique features.
