Green Square North Tower is a 23,800m2 office building of 12 levels providing food and service retail on the ground level. A retail plaza between the two towers offers a large open space for tenants and visitors to enjoy the Sunshine State's sub-tropical climate. Completed in July 2008, Green Square North Tower is the first 6 Star Green Star - Office Design v2 building to be delivered in Queensland.
Green Square is a significant step forward in Brisbane City Council's ongoing implementation of its Urban Renewal Plan and will become a breakthrough development as well as a noteworthy addition to the City of Brisbane.
