MARK GRAY
Mark has 30 years experience in the property industry in both Australia and the USA. He has been with Leighton Properties since 1987 and, before this, held senior positions in architectural firms in Sydney, Queensland and Princeton, USA.
He gained his architectural, planning, project management and development expertise through 'hands-on' experience in a wide range of projects across a broad array of property sectors.
Mark has been National Director and NSW President of the Property Council of Australia, and chaired many of its Professional Development Committees. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Architecture) a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons), and is a Chartered Architect.
ANDREW BORGER
Through two decades spent working in the property industry, Andrew has seen the dramatic rise in public awareness of climate change and environmental development requirements.
Widely regarded as an expert in sustainable building practices, he led the team that created Queensland's first 5 Star and 6 Star Green Star - Office Design v2 rated developments.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a non-executive Director and Board Member of the Green Building Council of Australia.
GAVIN TONNET
Gavin brings a depth of experience across a plethora of high quality residential projects, most recently in the capacity of General Manager for Sekisui House Australia. Under his management Sekisui grew from a staff of 20 to 300 employees and a $20m housing business to a $3 billion project workbook.
Gavin previously held senior positions with Mirvac for 12 years. Gavin is responsible for delivering mixed-use projects that have a major residential component. Gavin holds a Bachelor of Architecture, a Bachelor of Science and a Diploma of Business Administration.
ANDREW COOPER
Andrew is one of our most highly qualified and experienced managers, delivering an impressive range of projects over 20 years.
His wealth of legal, architectural and engineering knowledge plays a key role in creating optimal solutions for our most complex projects. Andrew has been actively involved in many major developments, including Sydney's Star City Casino and Westpac Place, Sydney.
Andrew holds the degrees of Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), Bachelor of Science (Architecture) and a Diploma of Law (Barristers Admission Board).
