A New Vision for 567 Collins Street

Frank Lonetti 10 Nov 2011

Leighton Properties and joint venture partner APN Property Group have finalised an alternative design option for 567 Collins Street with a wide frontage, repositioning the building to capitalise on its northern orientation, with the core location now on the south.

“Because of the width of the site, we were able to provide an option with a side core, without compromising the working environment” says Frank Lonetti Development Manager. The floors enjoy good natural light and are further benefited by a large central atrium.

CAMPUS STYLE IN CBD LOCATION
This alternative vision provides the highly sought after campus style accommodation, which is unique in the CBD, particularly on Collins Street. With a large amount of natural light, greenery and open spaces, the development will ensure a sustainable outcome for tenants, enhancing performance and wellbeing.
