The Macdonald Street Erskineville team is working closely with the City of Sydney Council officers as they progress the assessment of the Development Application which was lodged in December 2011 for approximately 300 apartments and 16 townhouses.
In parallel, Council is finalising amendments to the Ashmore DCP while the Department of Planning & Infrastructure works towards gazettal of the Sydney LEP 2011.
The Macdonald Street Erskineville project will be the first major residential project within Ashmore estate to proceed under the new planning framework.
It will deliver design excellence and a high degree of amenity through public domain improvements and proximity to services.
