First Piece of Mosaic Masterpiece Revealed

Apartment buyers will get their first glimpse inside Leighton Properties’ Mosaic development in Fortitude Valley as the developer unveiled its first fully furnished onsite display apartment on Saturday, 26 October.

The luxurious two bedroom apartment is located on the fifth floor of the 18-storey residential tower on the corner of Ann, East, and Church Streets.

Leighton Properties National Head of Residential, Gavin Tonnet, said the display apartment offers prospective purchasers the opportunity to take in the great city views and the high quality finishes offered in the Mosaic apartments, prior to the project approaching completion early next year.

“Mosaic is exceptionally well located, just moment from the James Street precinct and offers a unique lifestyle through the developments fabulous amenity including a concierge service offering room service and cleaning, a rooftop garden and entertaining area along with cafes and other retail.” Mr Tonnet said.

Leighton Properties appointed Soho Interiors to complete the interior design, using the nearby James Street precinct as inspiration to bring the property developer’s vision to life.

“The Mosaic development is a unique property. We adore the James Street precinct and love the urban buzz of the area,” Soho Interiors designers Sandra Baston and Tamara Hannaford Maizey said.

“Our goal was to create a vibrant, urban space that captures the edgy buzz of sophisticated, stylish inner-city living. The design focus for the display apartment has been to create a space that is both inspiring and cosmopolitan.”

The Mosaic precinct comprises 212 apartments, a 48-room boutique hotel, more than 3,000 square metres of retail and commercial space, and a 600 square metre residents-only rooftop garden.

It’s the rooftop garden and hotel that Mr Tonnet said offered home buyers the best of both worlds – cosmopolitan CBD living with all the lifestyle benefits of a large, private garden and entertaining area.

“Similar to the hospitality offered by the great residential apartments of Manhattan, Mosaic residents will have access to onsite concierge, room service, catering, and apartment management including cleaning, onsite security, lock up, and fridge replenishment,” Mr Tonnet said.
