Hamilton Harbour in Brisbane received the National Best Mixed Use Award at the 2014 Property Council of Australia innovation and Excellence Awards in May.
Completed in joint venture with Devine, Hamilton Harbour has been recognised for its profitability, genuine mix use of residential, commercial and retail, public open space and the publicly accessible High Street.
The master planned development of 660 apartments, 7,000 square metres of office space and 4,000 square metres of retail space has delivered a thriving community of workers, residents, shoppers and diners which have integrated into the existing Hamilton community.
Now that it is complete, Hamilton Harbour has delivered significant benefits to the local community by creating local jobs, improving access to public transport, delivering new, high-quality amenities, including retail, services and dining space and providing new public facilities, including a park and carparking and now provides a benchmark for other Brisbane projects.
Eclipse Tower in Parramatta has won its fourth prestigious award, being named the 2014 Property Council of Australia’s NSW Development of the Year. This award was proudly accepted at the PCA Breakfast held at The Ivy Ballroom in front of over 250 guests.
Eclipse Tower beat 26 competing projects across all categories in NSW.
Whilst our King George Central development in Brisbane was a national finalist in the "Best Office Development" category at the Property Council of Australia awards.
