WRAP Now Complete

Gavin Tonnet 30 JUL 2014

The landmark 42 level WRAP development located in the heart of Melbourne’s Southbank precinct completed earlier this year.

It is a development which has truly surpassed its vision of setting new benchmarks in its iconic architecture with its dramatic WRAP and lantern elements, innovative building techniques, sustainability initiatives, thoughtful design and commercial success.

During its construction phase a number of innovative techniques were used including setting a new world record for the deepest piling at the time.

WRAP was well received by buyers and sold out prior to practical completion with buyers attracted by the buildings unique street presence, quality of finishes, approach to internal planning, value and location.

Now that it is complete it has transformed the Melbourne skyline with its compelling architecture which stands proud in the Southbank landscape.

It has retained its striking heritage façade at street level and now contributes to the Southbank community
with the opening of its unique lounge, bar and café in the lobby.
