Green Square Town Centre
UNDER DEVELOPMENT. As one of the largest urban renewal project in Australia, the Green Square site represents a unique development opportunity to participate in the creation of a new, fully planned urban centre located in Sydney’s inner south. The Green Square Town Centre will be a vibrant residential, commercial and cultural heart for the wider Green Square Redevelopment Area where people will live and work – a place to shop, for entertainment, restaurants, cultural and community activities. Over the next 10 years it will become home to approximately 5,500 residents and the workforce for over 7,000 people.
Green Square is strategically positioned at the heart of the Sydney CBD to Airport Corridor. It is 4.5 km south of the CBD and highly accessible to Sydney’s major economic gateways notably Port Botany and Sydney Airport.
The Town Centre will become a flagship for sustainable development, creating a clean and green new community, integrating water management, energy efficiency, good public transport accessibility, the provision of community facilities and long term economic viability.

Erskineville
UNDER DEVELOPMENT. Leighton Properties in joint venture with LaSalle Investment Management are developing a medium density residential development in Erskineville, Sydney. The development on the 1.6 hectare site (outlined in red above) has frontages to both MacDonald and Bridge Streets, with construction of the first stage targeted to commence late 2012. The proposed scheme includes 16 terrace houses and approximately 300 apartments. Proposed heights across the site range from two to eight storeys and are arranged to ensure that the residential feel, solar access to the courtyard and privacy are maintained for homes along the northern boundary and that view corridors and pedestrian comfort within the site are maximised.
The site in the Ashmore Precinct (outlined in purple above) of Erskineville will bring together the best elements of sustainable and architectural design, in a highly sought after location. With the anticipation of growth in the Sydney CBD and airport corridor as an employment generator in years to come, the NSW Government and City of Sydney Council identified the Ashmore Precinct as a new residential growth area, located close to employment and access to railway stations and significant open space at nearby Sydney Park.
The site is the subject of a draft Local Environment Plan (LEP) with the intention to convert the current light industrial area into a mixed use, commercial and residential precinct which complements the urban village amenity of the surrounding neighborhood.
