UNDER DEVELOPMENT. Section 63 is a city block located in the heart of the Canberra CBD which will integrate four commercial buildings around a lively public space with retail and community aspects. It is a key site in the major commercial centre of Australia’s capital city, Canberra, and will appeal strongly to Government and large corporate tenants and corporate investors.
The City West Holdings development incorporates four
office buildings, ranging in size from 18,000 sqm to 55,000 sqm GFA
designed to Australian best practice in sustainability, each targeting a
minimum 5 Star Green Star rating. The design of the buildings is aimed
at tenants seeking modern, sustainable and workplace-friendly
environments. Throughout the precinct approximately 6,500 sqm of retail
facilities is proposed with car-parking for over 3,000 vehicles.
